How to apply....
1. Call our office for the most current listing of available apartments, and to schedule a showing appointment.
2. Complete an applicaiton for each roommate. Applications can be picked up at our office or printed out here and emailed to our office when completed.
3. Earnest money deposit (equal to one months rent) in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, cash or money order, should be dropped off with the completed applications. When you have signed your lease this money will become your security deposit for the term of your lease.
NOTE: No applicaitons will be considered without a full earnest money deposit and fully completed applications.
4. If your application requires a cosigner, cosigner forms must be Notarized.
