Welcome to The Korotev Group, Inc! The Korotev Group, Inc. is a property management company located in downtown Madison, Wisconsin. We have been providing houses, flats and apartments to individuals in the Madison area for over 15 years.
The company was formed in 1995 by Peter E. Korotev, Jr., and is a family run business. The Korotev Group, Inc. offers residential and commercial mixed use property management, brokerage services and real estate investment consultilng serivces. Properties for sale are listed on the MLS and with PropertyDrive.com.

Peter E. Korotev, Jr., CPM
President
Peter is a CPM (Certified Property Manger), member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Managment), a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Wisconsin, and a Realtor's Association Member since 1999. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, School of Business with a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics '92. Peter currently holds the position of Treasurer for the Madison Landlord Council (MLC), and is a lifetime member of the WAA.

Sherry L. Korotev, CPA
Vice President
Sherry Korotev is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), and holds an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She has an extensive background in accounting, finance and business management. Sherry worked in public accounting in the real estate sector, and for several Fortune 500 companies in the Chicago area, for eight years before joining the company in 1999. Sherry is a member of the AICPA, WICPA, MLC, and the WAA.
